They are stuffed dolls that are filled with all-natural wheat seeds and dried lavender flakes; when exposed to a source of heat or cold, they absorb the temperature and keep it for a certain time
To heat them you just have to put them in the microwave for a minute or two and that's it!
They store heat for around 1-2 hours, depending on the temperature of the environment where they are used.
You can use them cold like this: leave them for a couple of hours before in the freezer inside a nylon bag (so they don't get wet) before using them. They will cool down but not get frozen.
The cold temperature will last between 20 minutes to an hour, depending on the temperature of the environment where they are being used.
Natural grains and seeds must NOT get wet.
If the internal bag where these seeds are stored is removed, they CAN be washed.
There are some models that come with a velcro strip on the back, which makes the removal of the inner bag easier for washing.
